In this lecture, the skills for creating a business model will be acquired. It concerns the introduction to the well-known business model Canvas and the different forms of it that can be used to support the creation of new businesses. In addition, this lecture provides information on optimal pricing strategy and scaling up the firm.

Graduated in 2014 specialising in Management. He got a double degree at MGIMO and Nancy Business School in France and became a master in International Management. After graduation, he studied Urban Management and Development at the Institute of Urbanism at the University of Erasmus in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (IHS, Erasmus University), received a Master of Science (MSc) diploma, defended his thesis on "The influence of the creative class on socio-spatial transformation of former industrial in Moscow" (from 2008 to 2017). In 2015, together with partners, he founded Bash Today, which is a service that helps people book venues for their events. In 2019, Efim Kolodkin was included in the rating of General Director magazine.
